No data received for system_health.memory_mobile from android-galaxy-s5 since 429305

perezju/benhenry, any idea why the galaxy-s5 stopped reporting memory metrics on 3 Nov?

I don't know, but S5s are going down Any Day Now, so this _could_ be a lower priority if it's only happening on S5s.
