I see that build72-m2 is a "general builder" on master.chromeos_release. So, it should be enough to kill that slave and then restart outstanding builds for lakitu_release to get this unstuck?

In the future, please file a bug at http://g.co/bugatrooper for infrastructure related issues. +Infra-Troopers build72-m2 seems not to be running the slave process. It's unfortunately a known issue, but we don't have a good solution at this time other than kicking the bots manually.
