UI features like "find in page" are more the responsibility of the app using WebView than WebView itself. WebView provides findAllAsync() which may help apps implement this feature for themselves.

Do you actually mean WebView (where apps themselves provide the user interface, and so what options they provide is up to the app as Paul says), or do you mean Chrome Custom Tabs which aren't anything to do with WebView (which can be identified by the menu saying "Powered by Chrome" at the bottom)?
Hmmm...Seems like I was talking about Chrome Custom Tabs, then. I assumed they were one in the same since the Play Store page for WebView also says "Powered by Chrome"

WebView is a UI component apps can use, which has no UI at all: it's just a rectangle that displays web content and any UI around it is part of the application. WebView is built from the same code as Chrome, but is a separate thing on your device.

The option was removed from Chrome Custom Tabs intentionally because usage was extremely low; the main bug discussing this isn't public so I can't link you to it, but here's a public bug mentioning it that was duped into the private one: issue 630325
Thanks for the clarification
