When Findit ran and found nothing, show "No findings by Findit" on SoM UI

This is to prevent unnecessary manual work by Sheriff to type the url, trigger the analysis, and find nothing.

For those not supported by Findit, we might show "Not supported by Findit".

No, We'll only display 'Findit found no culprit.'
