Regression: Unnecessary focus highlight is seen on 'View site info' icon after clicking on wrench menu.

Chrome Version: 56.0.2920.0 Revision 378fc3fd49ebb678fc98cd99831b858fd304691f-refs/heads/master@{#432057} 
OS: Mac(10.11.6, 10.12.1, 10.12)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to  chrome://version and click on View site info icon.
(2) Then click on wrench menu and observe.

Actual: Unnecessary focus highlight is seen on View site info icon even if bubble is dismissed.

Expected: Focus highlight on View site info icon should not seen.

This is a regression issue, will soon update the other info:

Good Build: 56.0.2919.0
Bad Build: 56.0.2920.0

Note: Issue is not seen on Windows and Linux OS.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good Build: 56.0.2919.0 (Revision:431801)
Bad Build: 56.0.2920.0 (Revision:432057)

You are probably looking for a change made after 431907 (known good), but no later than 431908 (first known bad).

Just to to update the latest behavior of the bug, Issue is still observed on chrome latest Canary M57-57.0.2931.0

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.12.2 using chrome reported version #56.0.2920.0, whereas unable to reproduce the same on the latest canary #57.0.2969.0. Hence, providing the reverse bisect info. which is as follows:

Reverse Bisect Information:

Good build: 57.0.2950.0	Revision(438011)

Bad Build : 57.0.2949.0	Revision(437811)

Just to to update the latest behavior of the bug, Issue is still observed on chrome latest beta M57-57.0.2924.59

Regrets for inconvenience ...

Typo in comment #4, Issue is still observed in chrome beta M56 #56.0.2924.59 and in latest canary M57 #57.0.2980.0 the behavior is as attached in screenshot.
