No indication of ongoing screenshare session if screenshare bar is hidden

Reported by berenyi....@gmail.com, Nov 16 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Enter a Hangout and start sharing your full screen
2. Minimize the browser window
3. Hit the "Hide" button to dismiss the screenshare bar.

What is the expected behavior?
The user should have some indication that the screen is shared. Usually this is solved by showing some unobtrusive border around the screen. (For example Webex shows a green border and also a notification tab at the top of the screen.)

What went wrong?
There is no remaining indication for the user that the screen is shared.

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.99 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

please can we get a response on whether this is something that Google will address
Thanks
