Issue descriptionChrome Version:55.0.2883.52 (Official Build)Revision 36ecfe7d73faa05b59b09c77dad2fc098398dbcd-refs/branch-heads/2883@{#585} (32/64-bit) OS:Windows (7,8,8.1,10) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Freshly launch chrome and navigate to http://www.chromeexperiments.com/detail/glass-moulding-webgl/?f=webgl , such that 'not secure' warniing page appears. (2)Click on wrench menu and zoom in the page to 250 % (3)Now click on back navigation button and hover mouse on 'close icon' of thumbnails,observe. Actual: Close icon doesn't appear after mouse hover on thumbnails. Expected: Close icon should appear after mouse hover on thumbnails. This is a regression issue broken in 'M50' and will soon update other info.
