This is already fixed at HEAD of upstream:

The internal version (at http://shortn/_EozPoq5GZR) just needs to do another import from upstream. I don't know how to do that (it requires some path rewriting which I assume is automated somehow?), but dborowitz@ did the last import in January.

Import is done, it'll be in the next release. I'll let someone on the Chromium side close out this bug as appropriate.
