What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Try to open twitter.com OR medium.com OR dropbox.com in a new tab
2.receive error NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID
3. Open Advanced, there is no option to load the page anyway

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Have cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled chrome twice, and reset all default settings. all extensions are turned off. 

I'm not a tester I'm just a regular person and I have no idea what's going on please help
