MD system menu: Focus around Username field is not drawn correctly

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open system menu
2. Tab to username field
3. Observe highlight

What happens instead?
Blue rectangle is not drawn completely.

a patch landed to fix the appearance so it's at least a rectangle, but we plan to revisit the appearance for this and other focus rings in m57.
