What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Create a new browser window - note that the omnibox focus ring is blue
(2) Go to System Preferences and choose Graphite controls
(3) Go back to Chrome and notice that the omnibox focus ring is still blue
(4) Go to System Preferences and choose Aqua controls
(5) Go back to Chrome

What is the expected result?
The omnibox focus ring should be blue

What happens instead?
The focus ring is gray

It appears that when Chrome gets the control style change notification it takes on the wrong value for the setting (Aqua when Graphite, Graphite when Aqua).
