Re comment #3: Thank you for the response. I will look at doing some testing this week. On a side note one of the users indicates they think it could be a profile issue. Logging in as a different user using the same computer/printer/email etc they do not experience the same issue.

So I am never able to reproduce the issue however I am working closely with a colleague who can. They have tested a few things and found the following: ******* - My machine (E30946) Login as hh1 and use my Google account ***@forestrytas.com.au - No Good Login as hh1 and use my personal Google account(and forwarded the affected email) - No Good Login as setpcname and use my Google account ***@forestrytas.com.au - OK - Other machine(E28940) Login as hh1 and use my Google account ***@forestrytas.com.au - OK ****** So it appears to be a local computer profile issue however we cannot determine what setting/feature is causing the problem.

Good Afternoon All, My colleague has resolved the problem. In the ClearType Text Tuner settings in Windows users who have "Turn on ClearType" deselected will receive the issues when printing. My colleague has turned this setting on for two users who did not have the setting enabled and has been able to resolve the printing issue. Kind Regards Nathan
