MD System Menu : The audio input and output icons missing in the audio settings sub menu in status tray

What steps will reproduce the problem?

(1) Compare audio settings sub-menu with the specs for md-settings


What is the expected result?

Both should match

What happens instead?

The audio input and output icons beside the input and output text as shown in the specs is missing in the actual audio settings page in Chromebook.

@bruthig, do you know if the audio detailed view still has work remaining? It's marked as done in the tracking spreadsheet.

AFAIK Yes, there is still work remaining.  I think the spreadsheet actually points to issue 632115 which is in tdanderson@'s court currently.
