PDF: Plugin does not response to DidChangeFocus

Project Member Reported by aval...@chromium.org, Nov 15 2016

Issue description

This results in inconsistent UI. For example, if a window is showing some web content with a focused input box, the caret stops blinking if the window loses focus.

In the pdf case, the caret would keep blinking.

To be specific, you are saying chrome_pdf::OutOfProcessInstance should implement DidChangeFocus(bool has_focus) and stop blinking the caret in PDF forms?
Yes, that's correct.

Also, selected text should also turn some type of inactive color when losing focus, and back to some active when gaining focus.
