Having trouble getting rid of SEARCH SOLUTION and keeping it gone

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Want to get rid of it permanently 
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
It wont stay gone

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.99  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

I have tried to disable it and I can't.  There is no URL for it.  When I
open a new tab to open one of my tiles on google chrome I don't the tiles I
get a whit screen that says SEARCH.  I have attached a photo of it.  I CAN
NOT find where it downloaded from.

Hi Tracy,

No photo came through on the bug report (that probably can't be done via email), but it sounds like perhaps you have been infected by malware.

The article at https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/2765944?hl=en&ref_topic=3097302 may have helpful information for you in this case.

I don't think this is an actual Chrome bug.  If you continue to have problems the help center can't resolve, you can try to ask on the Chrome Help forums ( https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/chrome ).

I'm sorry I hadn't gotten back with you on my issue.

I'm sorry I haven't gotten back with the photo that was requested.

I have attached it.

For the time being I am not having an issue with it, for some reason
it disappeared, I have no idea how and why.
