servod: ec3po: it would be nice to print out the name of the EC console that's being served.

Project Member Reported by aaboagye@chromium.org, Nov 15 2016

Issue description

right now when servod starts and initializes an EC-3PO console, it just prints out a message saying that the EC console is on /dev/pts/nn.

However, now EC-3PO consoles aren't just for EC consoles, so it might be nice to print out the name of the control.

waihong, dchan, any idea who's the right owner of this bug?
It's probably me. I just didn't assign it to myself because I wasn't sure when I'd get to it. If anyone else has time, they can go for it.
Do you think we need a category for servo issues in general? Unlikely that Cros infra will get to this soon, so happy to assign it to you if you expect to be able to do the work.

Sure, that sounds like a good idea.
