bookmarks sync incomplete

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.71 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Disconnecting Chrome in two PCs (Medion and ACER)
2. Deleting data on Google Dashboard
3. Importation of bookmarks on Medion then reconnecting to Google account (sync activated)
4. Reconnecting to Google account on ACER...but main parts of bookmarks are not synced (only 400)

What is the expected behavior?
I'd like a complete sync of my bookmarks between my 2 PCs

What went wrong?
Bookmarks sync are incomplete

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.71  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0

I'd like to confirm a few questions:
- Did Medion and ACER have the same bookmarks in the beginning (step 1)?
- Did you import bookmarks on Medion from external file in step 3? Were all bookmarks present after that?
- Does capture.jpg show ACER sync status? If yes, could you include capture of about:sync from Medion as well?
