Pinch zoom not working on elite 800

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Browse to website 
2. Pinch to zoom 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Pinch makes item smaller, spread fingers to zoom 

What went wrong?
Nothing happened 

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.85  Channel: stable
OS Version: 
Flash Version:

Thanks for your report, we are unable to repro this. Can you attach video and bug report if possible? To attach bugreport:

Android Settings > About Phone > Tap Build number 10 times, go back one screen, Developer options should be right above About phone.
Check the USB debugging the Take the bug report

In case if you have any secure info to attach,we will changed the issue to private.

Can you please upgrade to the latest stable build # 54.0.2840.99 available and check if you still see this issue as we do not have HP Elite 800 PC in-house to verify it at our end ?

Could be related to the interaction between that app and the touch screen.  Thinking may not necessarily need the Elite-800
