WiFi drops while streaming to bluetooth audio receiver

Reported by andrewrc...@gmail.com, Nov 15 2016

Issue description

Chrome Version : 54.0.2840.93 (and previous versions)
Device: Asus Flip

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Connect to bluetooth audio device (e.g. Sony MDR-ZX770BN), set the audio output to the device.
(2) Use Google Play Music to stream over WiFi
(3) WiFi drops within a couple of minutes

What is the expected result?
Should be able to stream to the bluetooth device via a Wifi source.

What happens instead?
Within a couple of minutes, the WiFi connection drops from the original access point, and then the WiFi hunts around trying to connect to the same AP or another - but it won't succeed. Disabling bluetooth almost immediately enables the Wifi connection again.

I'm pretty sure the WiFi drop can be triggered early by taking the bluetooth device out of range for a short period of time and then back in range.

I can repeat this issue at will.

I think you can see the issues in the log files around 09:45am 15-Nov
