Add checks to stop-gap admin confusion around Machine Name field |

Issue descriptionAdmins might get confused by the "Machine Name" field we currently have on the domain join page design. 1. Change field to say "Chromebook Machine Name" 2. We should ensure that admin hasn't put in an ip address 3. We should ensure that admin hasn't named the machine name as the actual DC In both (2) and (3) we know for sure that the admin is getting confused and we can supply the right error message.
