No difference between "[No output yet]" and "no output was received" |

Issue descriptionThe UI shows "[No output yet]" even after the task has completed. See the following task https://chromium-swarm.appspot.com/task?id=327fecfd95701d10&refresh=10&show_raw=1 This task didn't produce anything on standard out. It should probably be clear that there was no standard out produced.

Can the system tell the difference between no output being produced and something failing to upload any output? Would the text "No output produced" be better?
