What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to https://googlechrome.github.io/samples/web-bluetooth/discover-services-and-characteristics.html
(2) Press "Discover services & characteristics" button
(3) Bluetooth chooser shows up and scan start

What is the expected result?
After 10 seconds, scan should stop and bottom message should be "Get help or re-scan"

What happens instead?
After 10 seconds, bottom message changes to "Get help or re-scan" and quickly changes back to "Get help while scanning for devices..."

I can't reproduce it 100% time sadly ;(
Any idea what could happen there?
