Regression : Tick mark of selected language is seen overlapped with scrollbar in OOBE Screen

Version: 56.0.2919.0/8990.0.0  dev-channel Mighty,Candy,cyan and Daisy
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build -> In OOBE screen Click on "Language" Drop down 
(2)Now observe Tick mark of selected language(By default English(United States) Language) is seen overlapped with scrollbar(Please refer Screenshot)

Expected: Tick mark of selected language should not be overlapped with scrollbar
Actual: Instead Tick mark is seen overlapped with scrollbar

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 56.0.2910.0/8970.0.0 dev-Channel Jerry.
Issue not applicable to Linux and windows

Trying to verify this bug. 

On selecting a language from the dropdown, no tick mark is seen. Is this WAI?

Tested on build: 9103.0.0, 57.0.2955.0
