Could you please try it in Incognito mode and attach the behavior in incognito mode.
Also please check in other browsers , if you are facing the same issue and update us , it can help help us in triaging the issue much better.

Thanks !
I am getting the same error (NET::ERR_CERTIFICATE_TRANSPARENCY_REQUIRED) when trying to access amazon.com using Chromium on Lubuntu. Chromium version info: Version 53.0.2785.143 Built on Ubuntu , running on Ubuntu 16.04 (64-bit)

I can access amazon using Firefox on the same computer.

The same error occurs when using Incognito mode.

I just found another symptom of this NET::ERR_CERTIFICATE_TRANSPARENCY_REQUIRED problem: Images from some sources are not being displayed. Two sites where I have encountered this are odb.org and biblegateway.com. Right-clicking on the placeholder for an undisplayed image and selecting "Open image in new tab" gets me to a "Privacy Error" screen.

A package of updates from Lubuntu that was released last week has fixed this issue for me.

I'm getting this error too.

"
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from www.ipko.pl (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). NET::ERR_CERTIFICATE_TRANSPARENCY_REQUIRED
"
The same error for pekao24.pl. Those are banking sites.
Chrome Version 53.0.2785.143 Built on 8.6, running on Debian Jessie 8.6 stable.

I tried Incognito mode, but no luck.

I also tried 'apt-get upgrade' to find new versions of the software in OS, but nothing was found.

Konqueror on Debian displays no error. Also Firefox on 'Windows 10' machine.

Please update your Chromium version.

If your distro does not provide an up-to-date Chromium version, please point them to https://docs.google.com/document/d/1JXEboAVSHuh4-Rq8PD0bHO4fipBVO_1Qmpkxn6HUtFA/edit

I've just downloaded Chromium version 55.0.2883.75 on Debian Jessie 8.6 and there is no error so far. Thank you for your support!
After update to Chromium version 55.0.2883.75 on Debian Jessie 8.6 the browser started to crash very often with no reason. Clearing cache helped for this.
The problem persist - Debian Jessie 8.7 amd64 (64-bit), Chromium version 53.0.2785.89 Built on 8.5.
