UMA Check box automatically reset when clicking learn more link

What steps will reproduce the problem?

(1) Reimage device (veyron_minnie in my case)
(2) Go to page Google Chrome OS Terms.
(3) Click learn more link for UMA statistics.

Result: Checkbox is reset (triggered) as result of showing Learn More info.
