So the issue is that on pre-N, sometimes the notification button icons appear stretched / distorted?

Sounds like it would be good to get a reliable repro before starting work on this bug.

Peter can you write down the steps testers should follow to try to reproduce, and then perhaps we can ask the Test team to try and reproduce it by trying the steps on a range of devices with different dpi's?
