MD Settings: Enable/Disable guest browsing checkbox missing.

New settings incorrectly display the "Enable guest browsing" string as a secondary text for the button that opens the profile manager.

Old settings have a dedicated checkbox that allows enabling/disabling guest browsing.

Should this be a dev blocker?
