Collected Cookies View shows no feedback when blocking or allowing cookies |

Issue descriptionVersion: 53+ OS: Windows, ChromeOS, Mac What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Navigate to any site that sets cookies. (2) Display Collected Cookies dialog (right-click on security icon in Omnibox) (3) Select any domain (4) Press "Block" button What is the expected result? o Infobar should display just above "Close" button acknowledging the action. What happens instead? o Nothing happens. There is no feedback that anything changed.
