can't open crosh

Chrome Version    54.0.2840.93   : <Copy from: 'about:version'>
URLs (if applicable) :chrome-extension://nkoccljplnhpfnfiajclkommnmllphnl/html/crosh.html
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari: ok
    Firefox:ok
         IE:fail

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)ctl+alt+t
(2)blocked
(3)on admin

What is the expected result?

open crosh
What happens instead?

blocked by admin

Couldn't get the extension using the URL provided : "chrome-extension://nkoccljplnhpfnfiajclkommnmllphnl/html/crosh.html" .

Could you please let us know , from where you get the extension and please brief the steps to reproduce the issue.
