Google Chrome and Youtube - incompatible with NVidia Geforce GTX 1070 (Gigabyte), based on Micron memory

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2914.3 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Try manipulate with tabs and videos on
https://www.youtube.com/

Heals by disabling hardware acceleration in settings.
Also, heals by switch to GTX 970. 

This bug VERY RARY, and appears only in specific hardware, specific vendor, and specific chips, and even serial numbers. 

What is the expected behavior?
No freezes and crashes (and even BSOD)

What went wrong?
In bad situations - BSOD of Windows 10
In best situations - freeze chrome in Youtube
