"Tabs from other devices" illustration

Animate the relationship between the tab on your phone, with the tab on your laptop. Storyboard attached. 

To view the page in chrome: 
- open chrome with an unsigned account
- go to chrome://history
- click "Tabs from other devices"

- Looping would be nice but not required
- Duration should be something around 2-4 seconds
- Animations should be restricted to basic things like transform, scale, opacity, etc. The idea is that we can replicate this in CSS.
