What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)  go to Yahoo.com - try to login
(2)  go to mail.yahoo.com - try to login
(3)  go to you automatically login, try to logout

What is the expected result?
Expect to see yahoo email page

What happens instead?

Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from login.yahoo.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). NET::ERR_CERTIFICATE_TRANSPARENCY_REQUIRED
