What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) 
Opening any site with HTTPs brings a security alert:
This page is insecure (broken HTTPS).

There are issues with the site's certificate chain (net::ERR_CERTIFICATE_TRANSPARENCY_REQUIRED).
View certificate

What is the expected result?
The webpage, in chrome the exact same link/certificate is deemed valid. 

What happens instead?
