Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.71 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Add an element position: fixed; 2. with a box-shadow: 0 0 1px 0 #2b2b2b; 3. scroll slowly What is the expected behavior? It should not show thin grey line while scrolling... What went wrong? It show a grey thin line when you scroll Did this work before? Tested in chrome # 54.0.2840.98 on Mac 10.11.6 & 10.12 and unfortunately not able to reproduce the issue.Please find the screen cast for your reference. @roadirsh: Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible, please upgrade to latest version of chrome and re check once.Please provide us with observation of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further. So I use the same screen recorder than you and the same file, but on windows and 32 bits. See the attached video. (The bug appears also on Mac OSX on my work computer, but i'm not sure about the bits or version...)

Tested the issue on chrome Stable #55.0.2883.87, Canary 57.0.2963.0 in Windows 10.0 and was able to reproduce the issue. This is a Non-Regression issue since seeing this from M30 #30.0.1549.0, Making the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed. Note : Able to reproduce the issue in MAC 10.12.2. Thank you.
