Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows-10 using chrome reported version #54.0.2840.71, latest chrome stable #54.0.2840.99 and latest canary #56.0.2919.0. Attached a screen cast for your reference. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Set up the screen resolution of windows-10 monitor to 1440p. 2. Navigated to Facebook signup page. 3. Tried entering into the "First name" and "Surname" field. 4. Observed that the tool tip appeared at position adjacent to the input field as expected. Reporter@ - Could you please verify the screen cast and please let us know if anything missed from our side. Also please if possible provide a sample html form to test this issue. Thanks...!!

Hi Krajshree, that is 900p not 1440p - hence why you're not hitting this bug :) If you have 2 monitors you might be able to replicate this by minimizing your window and then dragging it across multiple monitors (though I'm not sure if this will be sufficient). Otherwise you'll only be able to do it with a higher resolution monitor. Codepen here to test: http://codepen.io/ashfrancis/pen/LbZBVN Also worth noting that facebook.com does not use HTML5 required attribute on that home login so wouldn't show. https://www.w3.org/wiki/HTML5_form_additions#required I've attached a video of me replicating the bug.
