REPRODUCTION STEPS
Open https://finecobank.com/ give certicate problem. Firefox open that website without complains

This is Ubuntu shipping an out of date version of Chrome, as explained in  Issue 664177 

Update Chrome to Stable (Chrome 54) and the issue resolves.
