Issue descriptionChrome Version (from the about:version page): 53.0.2785.143 Is this the most recent version: yes, afaik. OS + version: Linux Mint 17.3 and 18 CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 64-bit Window manager: Nemo URLs (if relevant): https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/chromium-browser/53.0.2785.143-0ubuntu0.16.04.1.1254 Download AMD64 version https://launchpad.net/~canonical-chromium-builds/+archive/ubuntu/stage/+build/10972446 sha256sum = 28dc0cb30a282c1449706a99e85a9fbdb5999f5cc6a37d2b8bdbe45d26e1980a www.eternitywall.it is messed up with this version, but previous version (52) and firefox give good result. www.abnamro.nl gives a privacy error. www.aliexpress.com gives a privacy error. Previously when I searched for aliexpress.com on google and clicked on the first result I was getting a redirect through a malicious website. Currently that behavior is gone but could be because I'm on a different machine currently. Behavior in Linux Firefox: Good and expected results! Behavior in Windows Chrome (if you have access to it): What steps will reproduce the problem? Installation on any Linux mint 17.3 or Mint 18 64-bit installs. I discovered the issue on 1 desktop, 1 latop and 1 virtual machine. I also booted from a clean mint USB stick, installed the package and had the same behavior. Then I freaked out and thought that my router was compromised. When I checked same websites within firefox I had normal and expected results which made me relax a bit. What is the expected result? Like it is shown in firefox or chromium 52 What happens instead? As above. Messed up websites and privacy errors.
