I was forced to stop using the regular Chrome due to this same issue and now I am forced to stop using Canary too.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: Version 56.0.2918.0 canary (64-bit) Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.12.1

Watch the video and if there is a reason you cannot receive the video send me an email and I will place it on my server. This is very important to me and is scaring my family! David Johnson.

Hi, based on your screenshot, this does not look like a bug in Chrome. I would check whether you or any other user of your machine is using ipsharkk.com. If that's not the case, and you suspect your machine has been compromised, wipe/reset it to a clean state.
