BlueZ: Disable AVRCP profiles

Project Member Reported by fbeaufort@chromium.org, Nov 14 2016

Issue description

Since Chrome OS doesn't support BlueZ Audio/Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP), we should disable this when we built it. This will reduce the binary size of bluetoothd.

We should not disable this because the absolute volume feature of AVRCP is supported on Chrome OS.

There's some work left to be done to support other features and pass AVRCP qualification test.
hychao@ can you point where the absolute volume feature of AVRCP is supported on Chrome OS?
Thanks!
