Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 56.0.2916.0 (Revision: 431463).
Bad build: 56.0.2917.0 (Revision: 431726).

You are probably looking for a change made after 431518 (known good), but no later than 431519 (first known bad).

Adding RB Label as this is a recent Regression. Please remove if not required.

@fsamuel -- Could you please look into the issue, pardon me if it has nothing to do with your changes and if possible please assign it to concern owner.
Thank You.

This seems to have resolved on the latest canary(56.0.2922.0) on Windows-10. Hence removing the blocker label.

mnikam@: Could you please check this on the latest canary and confirm the same.

Note: I was able to reproduce the issue on reported version: 56.0.2918.0 on Windows-10.
