media/autoplay-clears-autoplaying-flag.html is flaky when run with random order

The test:

media/autoplay-clears-autoplaying-flag.html

appears to be flaky when run in random order. Steps to reproduce:

This should pass consistently:
Tools/Scripts/run-webkit-tests media

This should fail intermittently:
Tools/Scripts/run-webkit-tests media --order=random

We're working on removing order dependency from Blink layout tests. More context here:

I cannot reproduce the flakiness locally and it costs too much time to try again and again. As said in the doc, I'm removing the tests from RandomOrderExpectations and see if the bots can reproduce it for me.

Remove autoplay-clears-autoplaying-flag.html from RandomOrderExpectations

This CL removes autoplay-clears-autoplaying-flag.html from
LayoutTests/RandomOrderExpectations to try to reproduce the random-order
flakiness.
