appears to be flaky when run in random order. Steps to reproduce:

This should pass consistently:
Tools/Scripts/run-layout-tests inspector/elements/styles-4

This should fail intermittently:
Tools/Scripts/run-layout-tests inspector/elements/styles-4 --order=random
