The audio in screencastify isn't working in the desktop recording mode.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8743.76.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.79 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. restart the program
2. fix audio problem
3. other solutions

What is the expected behavior?
the audio in the desktop version is not working.

What went wrong?
the audio is not working

darderman@, Is this bug a duplicate of crbug/659920? If you think they are not the same bug, what's the difference? Otherwise I will resolve this one as a dup of 659920. thanks
