Password storing feature not secure.

Reported by spy.sumi...@gmail.com, Nov 13 2016

Issue description

PRIVACY ISSUE
Chrome provides a Password Storing feature which should have enough security features to keep it private, well i don't think it's that much secure.

PROBLEM

I'll explain it through steps which are mentioned below:
1. open chrome settings.
2. Look for "Manage Passwords" where all the passwords are stored.
3. There is a show button, Click there

Up to here it's fine as admin password is asked and if u know admin password, technically u r an authorised user and it's ok if u can see the passwords but what if u don't know the admin password that makes you unqualified for password accesses...but here is the best thing....still u can access the passwords...
how? i m gonna mention below:
1. Open that particular website in chrome of which you wanna know the password.
2. Now just inspect the password box...and change it to "text" from "password".
3. now the account is all yours.

How it affects original user?

User may have friends , relatives and so many others who can use his system. But it's not that user will wish for everyone to know his passwords and he can't stop them and i think it's a matter of privacy breach. Being a user i'll not like this feature.

VERSION:
Chrome Version: [55.0.2883.44] + [beta]
Operating System: [Windows 10]
It's independent of product version and OS.
