Steps To Reproduce:
(1)./build_packages --board=${BOARD}
(I have amd64-generic as architechture)
(2)./build_image --board=${BOARD} --noenable_rootfs_verification dev
(3)

Expected Result: It builds with no errors

Actual Result:

How frequently does this problem reproduce? Always

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? Can't build it; I don't think the user can't start anything wiht it.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or
log if possible.

I'm running it on ubuntu 16.04 LTS and followed http://www.chromium.org/chromium-os/developer-guide
