Failed to load resource: net::ERR_INSECURE_RESPONSE

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 53.0.2785.143 Built on Ubuntu , running on Ubuntu 16.04 (64-bit)
URLs (if applicable) : altjsus.com
Other browsers tested:
     Safari: N/A
    Firefox: OK
         IE: N/A

I have a personal website (altjsus.com) in docker container. 
Container is mapped to apache server as proxy. 

For some reason bootstrap (it included with CDN method) doesn't works right console shows an error «Failed to load resource: net::ERR_INSECURE_RESPONSE» for boths bootstraps js and css.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome stable #54.0.2840.100 and the reported version #53.0.2785.143.

Attached a screen cast for reference.

altjsus@ - Could you please verify the screen cast and please let us know if it is the expected behavior.

@krajshree, when I tried to access the same URL, until I compromise with SSL security of CDN networks and domains having Wildcard SSL 
eg:
https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.3.7/css/bootstrap.min.css
https://www.amazon.in/

@Ivanezeq, sorry this is not a solution in my comment. We cannot white list each and every blocking SSL links blindly. This is a temporary way of accessing the websites, post validating those SSL links on another browser, say Firefox.

Thanx for your attention, guys. 
Chromium started to make some unhealthy business with https and SSL websites on my devices. 
Seems like I am the only one seeing this problems.

Your disto is shipping an out of date Chromium. Either they need to provide the current stable (Chrome 54) or you need to update your Chromium build.
