I can't open any website or my browsing history or bookmarks anything

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.87 Safari/537.36 OPR/41.0.2353.56

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows-10, Mac 10.11.6 and Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome reported version #54.0.2840.87 and latest canary #56.0.2919.0.

Attached a screen cast for reference.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
------------
1. Launched chrome browser.
2. Signed into chrome.
3. Able to open the bookmarks added and also the browsing history as expected.

Reporter@ - Could you please check this issue on latest canary #56.0.2919.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue persist or not.
