Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to m.youtube.com
2. Play a video
3. Bring the browser to background

What is the expected behavior?
In the notification menu, I should have the possibility to continue playback of video in background.

What went wrong?
In contrast to any other video (e.g. Vevo.com, dailymotion.com, etc.) there is no option to continue playback of video in background. The option is missing from the notification menu.
