When trying to play Netflix movies Widevine crashes immediately and I get Error Code: C7702-1003.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS i686 8530.93.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.148 Safari/537.36
Platform: 53.2.51 (Developer Build - neverware) developer-build chromeover32

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Play any Netflix movie in chrome browser

What is the expected behavior?
Widevine crash and error code listed above

What went wrong?
Netflix will not play seemingly due to widevine crash

Did this work before? N/A 

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.148  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 8530.93.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 20161108.1 r999

Hulu does not work either but I get no error code with them.
 
Update, I've added the the agent switcher and setup the dummy as instructed in the forums, this error is occurring after that.

jaystone11@, can you go to chrome://crashes, find out the crash number? it is a 16 digits ID.

this is a developer build of Chromium OS? I cannot get this to repro with production builds of ChromeOS on production hardware. 
Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
No response from bug opener for one month. Resolve this bug. Please re-activate it with detail repro steps if you can repro it again with latest Chrome build.
