Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open a webpage 2. Try to close it with ctrl+w 3. Also other shortcuts What is the expected behavior? The window should close. What went wrong? The window closes but not before the zoom is set to 250 or 500 or any other number. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 54.0.2840.99 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 It isn't just ctrl+w, I've seen it with ctrl+l and also with ctrl+[number] for jumping between tabs. It seems almost any crtl+ combination can invoke the zoom.

I still can reproduce this issue, in the IRC channel I was asked if I there is a scroll even taking place. Can't really say but I don't touch the touchpad when I want to close the window. Also it just happens, there is not something I can really do about it, at least I think I can.

thbohn@: Are you still seeing the issue on the latest stable(55.0.2883.87)? If yes, please try incognito mode and in any profile with default settings(i.e. with no extensions except for default ones, chrome://flags reset to default).
